Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset it by following these instructions
1. Click forgot password link (underneath sign-in form)
2. Fill in your email (that you signed up with)
3. Wait for the email to be sent to you
4. Click the link in the email "reset password Click Here"
5. Create your new password in the first box and confirm it in the second box
Points to note when creating a new password:
- Please make sure that your new password does not start with a symbol or an ampersand
- Please make sure your password is not too long max 10 letters numbers and symbols as this will automatically make it null and void.
- Please note that we are aware of the current issue on changing your password on a mobile phone. Please bear with us as we work on this issue.
What are the password rules?
Your password has to be at least 8 characters long. It can't have any blank spaces. It has to use characters from at least three of the following sets:
- Upper case letters A-Z
- Lower case letters a-z
- Numerals 0-9
- Special characters #?!@$%^&*-
