Mark Complete Button

You are free to navigate the Trust Technique course in any order you wish however, we do recommend working through it in a linear fashion. Remember - you have the course for life so take your time and feel free to go back and rewatch topics again.

After you have finished watching a topic, you will find a Mark Complete button at the bottom of the topic. When you click this, it will mark the topic complete and show a tick in the course structure. It's a useful function if you want to keep track of the lessons and topics that you have completed within the course.
